AT&T Discount Enrollment Self-Service Site

 AT&T Inc. is an American multinational conglomerate holding company. It is the world’s largest telecommunications company, the largest provider of mobile telephone services, and the largest provider of fixed telephone services in the United States through AT&T Communications.

AT&T wanted to create a web portal that allowed AT&T employees and retirees to enroll for wireless and U-verse discounts. We needed to be consistent with the att.com brand and streamline the enrollment process.

I worked with the AT&T product team, the off-shore development team, and leveraged the existing AT&T UI styleguide to design a landing page and enrollment form for the self-service site. View

  1. Employee does not have wireless account

  2. Employee visits www.att.com/dep.

  3. Employee taken to the wireless dashboard upon authentication.

  4. “Learn...”, “Order...” and “Discount Enrollment...” sections are collapsed.

  5. Toggling a section reveals content.

  6. Users without wireless accounts are directed to the att.com Premier site for ordering.
